3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping Free on all eligible orders shipped within the United States
All shipping costs are shown at checkout. There are no hidden fees from us. Local taxes at checkout still apply when required by law.
4. Order Handling and Delivery Time
Total delivery time is 3 to 9 business days from the time you place your order. This total includes our handling time and the carrier's transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
If an item needs extra time, the product page will show a note. That note will override the general timing above.
5. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders ship via trusted national carriers. We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar services based on destination and package size.
Shipment tracking
Every shipment includes tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Insurance
Shipments are insured against loss or damage. Contact us if there is an issue.

Damaged packages

8. Missing Items
If something is missing from your package, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and the item details. We will send the missing item or issue a refund.
9. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Certain items may not be returnable. See our full Return Policy for details.

BadAss Tent COMPANY POLICIES
Do you have a warranty?
Every hard/structural component in the Badass Tent platform comes with a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase on all material, craftsmanship, and parts. This warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear, or to damage or cosmetic blemishes sustained during use.
BA Tents will repair or replace defective items at no cost to the customer for the replacement parts and the customer is responsible for reinstalling the items and submitting such claims in writing along with photos to: sales@batents.com.
Where are BadAss Tents manufactured?
Sunny Southern California is our home where their patented, engineered and manufactured in our facility. What are the dimensions of the tent?
The standard tent exterior dimensions are 40-51" wide by x84". When closed the tent will be 5" thick, the thinnest RTT on the market by a significant margin.
How much will the tent weigh?
All of our tents will weigh under 100lbs +/- assembled depending on the specific model you purchase.
Will the tent carry a load when closed?
The tent will lift with 75-100 pounds on the roof, so bikes/skis/boats etc can be easily attached with our mounting systems. Additionally, depending on vehicle application, the tent doesn't need additional support for mounting, so it will act as it's own rack.

Jackery Shipping / Logistics
All Jackery product orders on Outland Showroom’s Official Website will be shipped within 1-3 days after the order is placed, normally using a FedEx service - with the shipping time in the following states, taking 2-5 working days: CA/AL/GA/LA/MA/MO/NC/SC/NC/VA/AR/IL/KS/OK/TX, the shipping time in remote areas will be extended.
・Please note that delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, traffic conditions, holidays and so on.
・The portable power supply and solar panels cannot be shipped together. Note: if you ordered all items together, they may be shipped in separate packages.

Orders within the contiguous United States are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks from the shipment date. All deliveries include a 4-hour delivery window that you will schedule with the carrier. Please note, scheduling options are subject to availability by delivery location.

Where will my furniture be delivered?
Furniture and larger parcels will be delivered over your threshold. For multi-unit buildings, items will be left inside the building entrance, not at your door. Unpacking, assembly, and removal of packaging materials is not included unless specified. You must be present at the time of drop-off.

Caring for your new furniture
Although Galanter & Jones heated outdoor furniture is built for durability and outdoor use, careful handling is still necessary to avoid damage. If leveling feet are included with your order, always use them when placed on the ground to ensure it sits flat. If you must lay the furniture on its side, use a blanket or other soft surface to prevent damage. Do not leave furniture in its packaging outdoors, moisture can accumulate in the packaging and damage the surface. See our care section for additional information.

All orders over $49 with an address within the contiguous 48 states are eligible for Free Shipping.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
FedEx SmartPost an alliance with the USPS to deliver more economically.
FedEx Home Delivery within 1 to 5 business days including Saturdays at no extra charge.
FedEx Express Saver guarantees delivery in just three days regardless of destination.
FedEx Standard Overnight for delivery by 3 p.m. to most addresses, and by 8 p.m. to residences. (This applies to Any Order received Monday thru thursday)
IMMEDIATE SHIPPING
We process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday, from Playstar’s main distribution location in the U.S.A. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National holidays. Our goal is to get all orders received (checkout and payment completed) by 12:00pm CST shipped within 48 hours.
Orders received after 12:00 p.m. on Friday or anytime Saturday or Sunday will ship within 48 hours from the following Monday. All orders received on a mailing holiday will ship within 48 hours of the first business day following the holiday.
TRACKING AN ORDER
Once your order is entered into the system we will ship it via the most efficient method. Most orders will be shipped UPS or Fed Ex. If this is the case, you will receive a shipping confirmation directly from UPS/Fed Ex via e-mail. The confirmation will provide the tracking number required for you to track your package as it makes its way to you. You can track your package online through the UPS/Fed Ex website by using the tracking number provided.
If your purchase requires delivery other than UPS/Fed Ex, it means your order will be shipped and delivered via a large truck. This freight is curbside delivery by contracted freight carriers and these bulkier items may require assistance unloading. These shipments require someone to be present when delivered. Carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday between 8AM and 5PM.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their delivery address is a secure location for receiving their order. PlayStar is not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen after delivery. There will be no refunds or credits on lost or stolen orders once delivered. Once a delivery confirmation has been issued by the carrier, in most cases UPS/Fed Ex, the order will be officially delivered to the customer and is then the sole responsibility of the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect and make sure all pieces are accounted for and the boxes or product(s) are not damaged. You may choose to refuse the delivery if there are unacceptable damages and/or shortages. If you choose to refuse the delivery, you must note the damages and/or shortages on the delivery receipt. Make sure to ask the freight carrier for a copy of the delivery receipt. You must contact Outland Showroom Customer Service at 1-937-519-3736 within 24 hours for any damages or shortages .
CANADIAN, ALASKA, HAWAII & U.S. TERRITORY ORDERS
We gladly accept orders for Delivery Outside the contiguous 48 States (but due to the additional expense to ship we cannot extend our normal shipping rates or free shipping offer for orders over $49). The shipping cost can run between $8.00 and $15.00 in most cases for orders weighing one pound (.453 kg) or under.
All orders outside of the contiguous 48 States usually take between 6 and 10 days to arrive depending on the destination.
ORDER CONSOLIDATION

RETURNS POLICY
All Orders returned for reasons other than defective merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping. This includes Orders that qualified for free shipping. All freight costs associated with the return of the product is the responsibility of the original purchaser.

We are glad to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders that are to be shipped within the continental US.
We currently do not offer Free Shipping for orders being shipped to Puerto Rico.

Shipment Cut-Off Times
Small Parcel Orders
If your order is received Monday - Thursday then it will ship within 24 hours.
If your order is received Friday - Sunday, then it will ship the following business day.
Freight/LTL Orders
If ordered Monday - Thursday, any orders that must be shipped on a pallet via a Freight carrier will be shipped the following business day to account for proper carrier pick up scheduling.
If ordered Friday - Sunday, shipping arrangements will be made the following business day.
Transit Times:
For any small parcel shipments going Ground, you can usually expect delivery of your product within 5-7 business days for orders being shipped to any of the contiguous states.
For any Freight/LTL shipments, you can usually expect delivery of your product within 6-12 business day for order being shipped to any of the contiguous states.
For international orders, please allow at least 10 days for delivery.
Product Availability:
Orders are accepted with the understanding that stock is available. In some cases, limited availability may prevent us from shipping the quantity you requested, but we will do our best to fulfill your complete order.
Our product cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
Refunds:
We refund the cost of the returned merchandise, minus the restocking fee, as soon as the product is processed through our returns department. Refunds are in the form of original payment, so please note that your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. The refund will not include the merchant service fee, which is 2.6% plus 30 cents at this point.
